Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce, tomato, and onion for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or stovetop pan.

  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 4 patties.

  3. Grill or cook the patties on the stovetop for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

  4. While the burgers are cooking, in a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

  5. When the burgers are almost done, top each patty with crumbled blue cheese and let it melt for a minute.

  6. Toast the burger buns on the grill or stovetop.

  7. Spread the mayo mixture on the bottom half of each bun. Place a cooked patty on top.

  8. Top the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and onion. Close with the top half of the bun.

  9. Serve the Blue Cheese Burgers hot and enjoy!
