How To Make Blue Cheese Burgers

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 4 burger buns
- 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion for serving
Instructions

Preheat grill or stovetop pan.

In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 4 patties.

Grill or cook the patties on the stovetop for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

While the burgers are cooking, in a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

When the burgers are almost done, top each patty with crumbled blue cheese and let it melt for a minute.

Toast the burger buns on the grill or stovetop.
