  • 2 cups of watercress
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of pink peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, halved cherry tomatoes, and watercress.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, pink peppercorns, apple cider vinegar, and salt until well combined.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat evenly.
