How To Make Masala Omelette Muffins

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs together until well beaten.

Add the diced onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and coriander leaves to the bowl.

Sprinkle turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, and black pepper over the mixture.

Mix everything together until well combined.

Pour the mixture evenly into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the muffins are set and slightly golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tin.
