Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced avocados, red chilli, green chilli, and red onion.

  2. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and toss gently to combine.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.

  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
