  • 6 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, feta cheese, and almonds.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together raspberry jam, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, and olive oil.
