  • 4 oz crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss baby spinach, goat cheese, red onion, and chopped walnuts together in a large bowl.

  2. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
