How To Make Spinach Salad with Chicken, Avocado, and Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 8 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry until cooked through. Let cool, then slice into thin strips.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, chicken, avocado, goat cheese, red onion, dried cranberries, and walnuts.
