This refreshing salad is a perfect blend of crispy bacon, fresh spinach leaves, and a tangy dressing.

  • 6 cups of baby spinach leaves
  • 8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tsp of Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, add the baby spinach, bacon, red onion, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and sliced almonds.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
