  • 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup caper berries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over high heat.

  2. Season the beef slices with salt and pepper.

  3. Drizzle olive oil over the bell peppers and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Grill the beef slices for 2-3 minutes per side until seared to your desired level of doneness. Remove from the grill and let rest.
