Ingredients
- 2 cups of white rice
- 4 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

In a medium-sized pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

Add the rice to the pot and stir for 2-3 minutes to toast the grains.
