How To Make Salt & Pepper Squid

- 1 lb squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Lime wedges, for serving

In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, salt, and ground black pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Dip the squid rings into the flour mixture, making sure they are well coated.
