How To Make Turkey Pasta Carbonara

Pasta lovers are going to love a plate of this savory pasta carbonara! It comes with filling pieces of turkey and crunchy bacon for a delectable meal.

Ingredients

  • 12ozspaghetti
  • 6slicesbaconchopped
  • ¼cuponionminced
  • 2tspgarlicminced
  • 12ozMcCormick Simply Better Turkey Gravy
  • ½cupheavy cream
  • ½cupparmesan cheesegrated, plus more for serving
  • ¼tspsalt
  • ¼tspMcCormick Ground Black Pepper
  • ½cuppeasthawed from frozen
  • 2cupsturkeycooked, diced
  • 2tbspparsleychopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package directions.

  2. Place the bacon in a large pan over medium high heat.

  3. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until browned and crisp.

  4. Remove the bacon from the pan with a slotted spoon, then drain them on paper towels.

  5. Add the onion to the remaining bacon fat in the pan.

  6. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until softened.

  7. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

  8. Add McCormick Simply Better Turkey Gravy and the cream to the pan.

  9. Bring to a simmer.

  10. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until just thickened.

  11. Stir in the parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

  12. Drain the pasta.

  13. Add the pasta to the gravy sauce along with the turkey, peas and bacon.

  14. Toss to combine.

  15. Sprinkle with parsley, serve, and enjoy!
