How To Make Penne Pasta with Broccoli and Garlic

A healthy and flavorful pasta dish with crunchy broccoli and garlic flavors.

  • 1 lb. penne pasta
  • 6 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook penne pasta according to package directions and add broccoli florets during the last 5 minutes of boiling.

  2. In a pan, add olive oil and minced garlic and stir in red pepper flakes.

  3. Add cooked penne pasta and broccoli to the pan with garlic and mix thoroughly.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste and grated parmesan cheese.

  5. Serve hot.
