Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) gnocchi
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup (100g) grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions, then set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, cook the minced garlic until fragrant.

  3. Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

  4. Cook until the sauce is thick and creamy, stirring occasionally.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Add cooked gnocchi and toss until well coated in the sauce.

  7. Serve gnocchi topped with crumbled bacon and chopped fresh parsley.
