How To Make Gluten Free Lasagna Noodles
These gluten free lasagna noodles are worth every bit of the effort. This fresh homemade pasta is definitely much better than any storebought version.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp water
- 2 tsp oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- 200 gill gluten-free plain flour, (7.1 oz)
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the eggs, water, oil, and salt. Beat together. Slowly add in the flour until it forms a soft ball. Lightly dust a bench with gluten-free flour.

Roll out the dough until 2 mm (0.07 in) thick. Cut into roughly 5cm (2 in) strips. Use as required in any lasagna recipe.
