These gluten free lasagna noodles are worth every bit of the effort. This fresh homemade pasta is definitely much better than any storebought version.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp water
  • 2 tsp oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 200 gill gluten-free plain flour, (7.1 oz)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the eggs, water, oil, and salt. Beat together. Slowly add in the flour until it forms a soft ball. Lightly dust a bench with gluten-free flour.
  2. Roll out the dough until 2 mm (0.07 in) thick. Cut into roughly 5cm (2 in) strips. Use as required in any lasagna recipe.
