  • 1 lb Ground Chuck
  • 2 ⅓ cups beef broth
  • 1 cup onions, Dried Minced
  • 8 American Cheese Slices
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 16 dinner rolls, split

Instructions

  1. Begin this recipe for White Castle sliders by preparing a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.

  2. Continue by combining the beef, ⅔ cup of beef broth, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until the mixture is well combined. Spread in an even layer into the prepared baking sheet.

  3. Use a knife to score the meat into 16 equal rectangles. Use your finger to make about five holes in each patty. Set into the freezer for one hour before using.

  4. Once ready, remove the patties and parchment paper from the baking sheet. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.
