  • 8 frozen White Castle sliders
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 waffles
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Remove frozen sliders from packaging and bake in oven for 20 minutes.

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and milk to create a batter.

  4. Dip baked sliders into batter, making sure they are fully coated.

  5. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and fry sliders until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  6. Toast waffles and place one on each plate.

  7. Top each waffle with two fried sliders.

  8. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
