How To Make Fried Cinnamon Roll Apple Turnovers
Satisfy your sweet cravings with these apple turnovers made with crispy, fried apple-stuffed cinnamon rolls, and coated with delicious cinnamon sugar.

Ingredients
- 2granny smith apples,chopped
- 2tbspflour,more to dust
- 2tbspbrown sugar
- 1½tbspcinnamon
- 5large cinnamon rolls,(1 pack)
- 1egg
- vegetable oil
- cinnamon sugar,for coating
- powdered sugar,to garnish
Instructions

Heat 2 inches of vegetable oil in a pot to 350 degrees F.

Chop the Granny Smith apples, transfer to a bowl, and pat dry with a paper towel. Mix in 1 tablespoon of flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

Open the cinnamon rolls, then dust the workspace with flour. Cut the cinnamon rolls in half and dust more flour to roll out each half into a 2×2-inch square. Place a dollop of icing and apple mixture onto the square.

Beat egg in a bowl and brush the sides of the square. Fold the square into a turnover shape and seal closed with finger, making sure to get the air out from inside. Primp the edges with a fork.

Place turnovers into oil and fry for about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Toss in cinnamon sugar. Garnish with powdered sugar, serve, and enjoy!
