How To Make Hardee’s Apple Turnover Recipe
Delicious apple turnovers with a flaky crust and sweet apple filling.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 2 medium-sized apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp of granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of cornstarch
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out puff pastry and cut into 4 equal squares.

In a mixing bowl, combine sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch.

Place a heaping spoonful of the apple mixture onto each pastry square.

Fold the pastry over the apple mixture to create a turnover shape.

Press the edges with a fork to seal.

Brush the beaten egg over the top of each pastry.

Place the turnovers on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
