How To Make Toffee Apple Turnover Puff Pie

Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized apples, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup toffee bits
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, brown sugar, toffee bits, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well coated.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4 equal squares.

Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each square. Fold over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
