- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat if needed.

Stir in the black beans, corn, and salsa. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.

Transfer the beef mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly on top.
