  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat if needed.

  3. Stir in the black beans, corn, and salsa. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.

  4. Transfer the beef mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly on top.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
