How To Make Green Chile-White Corn Casserole
A creamy and cheesy white corn casserole created with milk, butter, and cream cheese with a little spicy punch from chopped green chiles.

Ingredients
- 8ozcream cheese,(1 can) softened
- ¼cupbutter,softened
- 3tbspall-purpose flour
- ¼cupmilk
- 11ozwhite corn,(3 can) shoepeg corn, drained
- 7ozgreen chiles,(1 can) chopped
- salt and ground black pepper,to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Melt cream cheese and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Mix well. Add flour and milk; stir well. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened, 6 to 8 minutes.

Remove saucepan from heat; add corn, green chiles, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Pour into a casserole dish.

Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, 30 to 40 minutes.
