
How To Make BBQ Baked Chicken Wings
This version of the barbecued chicken wings is leaner and has fewer calories. The barbecue sauce is rich and thick with a combination of sweet and tangy.

- 18chicken wings,skin removed
- 2cupsHomemade BBQ Sauce,skinny
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, then place a wire rack on top of it and grease it with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken wings and half of the barbecue sauce. Gently toss to coat.

Transfer chicken wings to the prepared baking rack, and line them up in a single layer.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Remove from oven, then brush with the remaining half of the barbecue sauce. Serve warm.
