Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the chicken wings in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and shake to coat the wings evenly.

  4. Marinate the wings in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.

  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer.

  6. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are crispy and cooked through.

  7. Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.

  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
