Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 mangos, peeled and chopped
  • 2 habanero peppers, seeds removed and chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  2. Season chicken wings with salt and pepper.

  3. In a blender, combine mangos, habanero peppers, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Blend until smooth.
