How To Make Prosciutto Egg Cups
With prosciutto, Gouda, and onions, these egg cups make a filling breakfast meal that you can prepare ahead of time and eat on the go.

Ingredients
- 1onion,thinly sliced
- 1tbspbrown sugar
- 2dropswhite wine vinegar
- cooking spray
- 4egg whites
- 2eggs
- ¼cupGouda cheese,shredded
- 1prosciutto slice,thick-cut, cubed
Instructions

Cook and stir the onion, brown sugar, and vinegar in a skillet over medium heat for about 20 minutes until onion is golden.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 6-muffin tin with cooking spray.

Whisk the egg whites and eggs in a large measuring cup.

Fill each muffin cup halfway with egg mixture. Scatter the onion, Gouda cheese, and prosciutto cubes on top. Cover with remaining egg mixture, leaving ¼-inch space at the top for eggs to rise.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown on top.
