How To Make Egg White Oatmeal

  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • 4 egg whites
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup of honey

Instructions

  1. In a pot, add oats and water and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites and add a pinch of salt.
  4. Add the whisked egg whites to the pot and stir well.
  5. Add vanilla extract and honey. Stir until completely mixed.
  6. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
