How To Make Vietnamese Egg Coffee

Ingredients
- 4 cups of hot brewed coffee
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons of condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, condensed milk, and vanilla until creamy and well combined.

In four individual coffee cups, pour 1 cup of hot brewed coffee into each.

Gently pour the egg yolk mixture over the coffee in each cup, allowing it to float on top.
