How To Make Vietnamese Egg Coffee

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of hot brewed coffee
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoons of condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, condensed milk, and vanilla until creamy and well combined.

  2. In four individual coffee cups, pour 1 cup of hot brewed coffee into each.

  3. Gently pour the egg yolk mixture over the coffee in each cup, allowing it to float on top.

  4. Stir gently to combine the coffee and egg yolk mixture.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
