How To Make Air Fryer Shishito Peppers

Shishito peppers are mildly spiced East-Asian peppers. In this recipe, they’re air-fried until blistered and served with a squeeze of lemon juice.

Preparation: 2 minutes
Cooking: 8 minutes
Total: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 8ozshishito peppers
  • extra virgin olive oil spray
  • ¼tspkosher salt
  • 1lemon,cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Spritz the shishito peppers all over with olive oil.

  2. Preheat the air fryer 400 degrees F for 3 minutes.

  3. Transfer to the air fryer and cook in one batch for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway until soft and slightly charred and blistered.

  4. Sprinkle with salt and squeeze with lemon wedges, serve warm.
