How To Make Air Fryer Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked rice, chilled
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, frozen mixed vegetables, carrots, bell peppers, onions, and garlic.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce mixture over the rice mixture and toss to coat evenly.

Place the rice mixture in the air fryer basket and spread it out into an even layer.

Cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

Push the rice mixture to one side of the basket and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring the eggs occasionally, until they are scrambled and cooked through.

Mix the scrambled eggs into the rice mixture in the air fryer basket.

Cook for another 5 minutes in the air fryer, stirring occasionally, until the fried rice is heated through and slightly crispy.

Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
