Ingredients
- 2 cups of leftover lamb, shredded
- 1 cup of lentils, rinsed and drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 tsp of cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic. Cook until soft.

Add shredded lamb, lentils, chicken broth, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
