How To Make Nutmeg and Maple Glazed Carrots
Sweet and savory glazed carrots with a hint of nutmeg and maple syrup.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. of carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp. of unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp. of ground nutmeg
- 2 tbsp. of maple syrup
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the carrots and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.

Add the nutmeg, maple syrup, salt, and pepper and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are fully glazed and tender.
