How To Make Nutmeg and Chocolate Truffles Recipe

Ingredients
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ½ tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions

In a small saucepan, heat cream and nutmeg over medium heat until just simmering.

Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate and butter. Stir until melted and smooth.

Transfer mixture to a small bowl, cover, and refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.

Using a small scoop or spoon, form mixture into small balls and roll in cocoa powder.
