How To Make Cardamom & Peach Quinoa Porridge

Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 ripe peaches, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- Optional toppings: sliced peaches, coconut flakes, and additional maple syrup
Instructions

Rinse the quinoa under cold water. In a saucepan, add the rinsed quinoa, almond milk, maple syrup, and ground cardamom. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, cover the saucepan, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the quinoa is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.

Once cooked, remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.

Stir in the diced peaches and chopped almonds.

Serve the porridge warm, topped with sliced peaches, coconut flakes, and a drizzle of maple syrup, if desired.
