Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds

Preheat oven to 375F. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In a separate bowl, beat egg, then add milk, vegetable oil, lemon zest, caraway seeds, and poppy seeds.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
