- 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together sliced fennel, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and chopped parsley.
