How To Make Caraway and Sausage Stuffing Recipe

This stuffing is a delicious and savory side dish that pairs perfectly with any roast meat.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups of cubed bread
  • 1 lb of sausage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp of caraway seeds
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a pan, cook sausage until browned, then set aside.

  3. In the same pan, sauté onions and garlic until softened.

  4. Add caraway seeds and cook for another minute.

  5. In a large bowl, mix bread cubes, cooked sausage, onion mixture, and chicken broth.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
