How To Make Tarragon Shrimp Skewers

Juicy and flavorful shrimp skewers marinated with tangy tarragon and grilled to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of tarragon leaves, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, tarragon, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Thread shrimp onto skewers and brush with marinade on both sides.

  4. Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until shrimp is pink and cooked through.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
