How To Make Tarragon and Goat Cheese Tart
A savory tart filled with creamy goat cheese and fresh tarragon, perfect for a light lunch or appetizer.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp fresh tarragon leaves, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

On a floured surface, roll out puff pastry and place in tart pan.

In a bowl, mix together goat cheese, heavy cream, tarragon, salt, and pepper.

Pour mixture into pastry shell and spread evenly.

Brush beaten egg around edges of pastry.
