How To Make Halloumi Vegetable Skewers
Grilled halloumi cheese and veggies served on skewers make a delicious and healthy vegetarian meal.

Ingredients
- 1 block of halloumi cheese, cut into cubes
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 10 button mushrooms
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the halloumi cheese, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, and zucchini onto skewers.

Mix the olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Brush the skewers with the olive oil mixture.

Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the veggies are tender and the halloumi is lightly charred.
