How To Make Portobello Mushroom Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 portobello mushroom caps
  • 1/2 cup of pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup of sliced fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Remove stems from portobello mushrooms and scrape out gills with a spoon.

  3. Place caps gill-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Add a spoonful of pizza sauce to each mushroom cap, spreading it evenly.

  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce, followed by sliced black olives.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Remove from oven and top with fresh basil.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
