How To Make Portobello Mushroom Burger Recipe
A delicious vegan burger made with juicy Portobello mushrooms, topped with crispy lettuce, tomato, and avocado.

Ingredients
- 4 large Portobello mushroom caps
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Brush mixture onto both sides of the Portobello mushrooms.
