How To Make Cauliflower Fried Rice

A low-carb alternative to traditional fried rice, packed with vegetables and flavor.

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, riced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup of carrots, diced
  • 1 cup of peas
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 green onions, sliced


  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.

  2. Add peppers and carrots, cook until they are softened.

  3. Add cauliflower rice and peas, cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.

  4. Push the rice to the side of the pan and cook the beaten eggs in the open space.

  5. Stir in soy sauce and green onion.
