How To Make Cauliflower Fried Rice
A low-carb alternative to traditional fried rice, packed with vegetables and flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, riced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup of carrots, diced
- 1 cup of peas
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.

Add peppers and carrots, cook until they are softened.

Add cauliflower rice and peas, cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.

Push the rice to the side of the pan and cook the beaten eggs in the open space.

Stir in soy sauce and green onion.
