How To Make Turkish Gozleme

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Slowly add warm water and olive oil while kneading until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll out each piece into a thin rectangle.

Sprinkle feta cheese, spinach, tomatoes, parsley, black pepper, and red pepper flakes evenly on one half of each rectangle.

Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and seal the edges by pressing firmly.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Brush olive oil on the skillet.

Place the gozleme in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Repeat with the remaining gozleme.

Serve hot with yogurt or a dipping sauce of your choice.
