Ingredients

  • 4 cups of water
  • 4 tablespoons of finely ground Turkish coffee
  • 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, bring the water to a boil.

  2. Add the Turkish coffee and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Remove from heat and let it sit for a minute.

  4. Strain the coffee into a pitcher, discarding the grounds.

  5. Stir in the sugar until dissolved.

  6. Let the coffee cool to room temperature.

  7. Add the lemon juice and stir well.

  8. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the coffee mixture over the ice.

  9. Garnish with lemon slices.

  10. Serve and enjoy!
