Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the turkey drippings over medium heat.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and broth until well combined.

  3. Slowly pour the broth mixture into the saucepan with the turkey drippings, stirring constantly.

  4. Continue to cook the gravy, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to your desired consistency.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve hot over roasted turkey.
