Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it reaches your desired thickness.

Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.

Brush the olive oil over the surface of the dough.

Sprinkle the garlic powder evenly over the dough.

Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Arrange the mozzarella cheese slices over the sauce.
