How To Make Wolfgang Puck Margherita Pizza Recipe
A classic Margherita pizza recipe with a crispy crust and fresh tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella and basil.

Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 500°F.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 12-inch round.

Transfer the dough to a greased pizza pan.

Spread the tomato sauce on top of the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped basil leaves.
