  • 8 oz smoked trout, flaked
  • 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
  • 1 apple, julienned
  • 1 beetroot, cooked and diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the smoked trout, sliced fennel, julienned apple, diced beetroot, chopped dill, and walnuts.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
