How To Make Gino’s Margherita Pizza Recipe
A classic Margherita pizza with a crispy crust, tangy tomato sauce, and fresh mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients
- 1lb pizza dough
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 8oz fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 475°F. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.

In a small bowl, mix tomato sauce with garlic, red chili flakes, salt, and pepper.

Brush olive oil on top of the pizza dough and spread tomato sauce on top, leaving a small border around the edges.

Add sliced mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.

Top with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
